لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ الْمَلِكُ الْحَقُّ الْمُبِينُ (100)
There is no god, but Allāh, the Sovereign, the Manifest Truth. (100 times)
HIZB AN-NASR (THE LITANY OF VICTORY) OF IMĀM AL-ḤADDĀD:
بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ ﴿ إِنَّا فَتَحْنَا لَكَ فَتْحًا مُّبِينًا لِّيَغْفِرَ لَكَ ٱللَّهُ مَا تَقَدَّمَ مِن ذَنۢبِكَ وَمَا تَأَخَّرَ وَيُتِمَّ نِعْمَتَهُۥ عَلَيْكَ وَيَهْدِيَكَ صِرَٰطًا مُّسْتَقِيمًا وَيَنصُرَكَ ٱللَّهُ نَصْرًا عَزِيزًا ﴾ ﴿ وَكَانَ عِندَ ٱللَّهِ وَجِيهًا ﴾ ﴿ وَجِيهًا فِى ٱلدُّنْيَا وَالآخِرَةِ وَمِنَ ٱلْمُقَرَّبِينَ ﴾ ﴿ وَجَّهْتُ وَجْهِىَ لِلَّذِى فَطَرَ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ ﴾
In the Name of Allāh, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful. {Indeed, We have given you a clear (manifest) victory. That Allāh may forgive you your sins of the past and the future, complete His favour on you, guide you on the Straight Path, and so that Allah will help you tremendously.} [Sūrah Al-Fatḥ (48), Verses 1-3] {And he was honourable in the sight of Allāh.} [Sūrah Al-Aḥzāb (33), Verse 69] {Held in honour in this world and in the Hereafter, and among those granted nearness to Allāh.} [Sūrah Āl ‛Imrān (3), Verse 45] {“I have turned myself with single-minded devotion towards the One Who has originated the heavens and the earth.”} [Sūrah Al-An‛ām (6), Verse 79]
بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ ﴿ نَصْرٌ مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ وَفَتْحٌ قَرِيبٌ ۗ وَبَشِّرِ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ كُونُوٓا۟ أَنصَارَ ٱللَّهِ كَمَا قَالَ عِيسَى ٱبْنُ مَرْيَمَ لِلْحَوَارِيِّـۧنَ مَنْ أَنصَارِىٓ إِلَى ٱللَّهِ ۖ قَالَ ٱلْحَوَارِيُّونَ نَحْنُ أَنصَارُ ٱللَّهِ ﴾
In the Name of Allāh, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful… {help from Allāh (against your enemies) and an imminent victory; and give glad tidings (O Prophet) to the believers. O you who believe, be Allāh’s Helpers as Jesus, son of Mary, said to the disciples: “Who will be my helpers in the cause of Allah? They said: “We are Allāh’s helpers...”} [Sūrah Al-Ṣaff (61), Verse 13-14]
﴿ ٱللَّهُ لَآ إِلَـٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ ٱلْحَىُّ ٱلْقَيُّومُ ۚ لَا تَأْخُذُهُۥ سِنَةٌ وَلَا نَوْمٌ ۚ لَّهُۥ مَا فِى ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَمَا فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ ۗ مَن ذَا ٱلَّذِى يَشْفَعُ عِندَهُۥٓ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهِۦ ۚ يَعْلَمُ مَا بَيْنَ أَيْدِيهِمْ وَمَا خَلْفَهُمْ ۖ وَلَا يُحِيطُونَ بِشَىْءٍ مِّنْ عِلْمِهِۦٓ إِلَّا بِمَا شَآءَ ۚ وَسِعَ كُرْسِيُّهُ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضَ ۖ وَلَا يَـُٔودُهُۥ حِفْظُهُمَا ۚ وَهُوَ ٱلْعَلِىُّ ٱلْعَظِيمُ ﴾
{Allāh! There is no deity but Him; the Ever-Living, the Self Subsisting, the Eternal-One. Neither slumber nor sleep can overtake Him. To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. Who is there that can intercede in His Presence, except by His permission? He knows what will happen to them (His creatures) in this world, and what will happen to them in the Hereafter; nor shall they comprehend anything at all of His Knowledge except as He Wills. His Throne extends over the heavens and the earth, and preserving them does not exhaust Him. He is the Exalted, the Magnificent.} [Sūrah Al-Baqarah (2), Verse 255]
بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ ﴿ لَوْ أَنزَلْنَا هَـٰذَا ٱلْقُرْءَانَ عَلَىٰ جَبَلٍ لَّرَأَيْتَهُۥ خَـٰشِعًا مُّتَصَدِّعًا مِّنْ خَشْيَةِ ٱللَّهِ ۚ وَتِلْكَ ٱلْأَمْثَـٰلُ نَضْرِبُهَا لِلنَّاسِ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَتَفَكَّرُونَ هُوَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِى لَآ إِلَـٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ ۖ عَـٰلِمُ ٱلْغَيْبِ وَٱلشَّهَـٰدَةِ ۖ هُوَ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ هُوَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِى لَآ إِلَـٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ ٱلْمَلِكُ ٱلْقُدُّوسُ ٱلسَّلَـٰمُ ٱلْمُؤْمِنُ ٱلْمُهَيْمِنُ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلْجَبَّارُ ٱلْمُتَكَبِّرُ ۚ سُبْحَـٰنَ ٱللَّهِ عَمَّا يُشْرِكُونَ هُوَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلْخَـٰلِقُ ٱلْبَارِئُ ٱلْمُصَوِّرُ ۖ لَهُ ٱلْأَسْمَآءُ ٱلْحُسْنَىٰ ۚ يُسَبِّحُ لَهُۥ مَا فِى ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ ۖ وَهُوَ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلْحَكِيمُ ﴾
In the Name of Allāh, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful. {Had We sent down this Qur’ān on a mountain, you would have certainly seen it humbling itself and splitting asunder for its fear of Allāh. We relate these parables to people so that they may reflect. He is Allāh: there is no other god but Him. The All-Knower of the unseen and the seen. He is the Most Compassionate, Most Merciful. He is Allāh, there is no other god, but Him; the King, the Most Holy, the Source of Peace, the Granter of Security, the Guardian, the All-Mighty, the Compeller, the Supremely Great; Glory be to Allāh, far above whatever they associate with Him. He is Allāh, the Creator, the Maker, the Fashioner. To Him belongs the Most Beautiful Names. All that is in the heavens and the earth glorifies Him. And He is the All-Mighty, the All-Wise.} [Sūrah Al-Ḥashr (59), Verses 21-24]
أُعِيذُ نَفْسِي بِٱللَّهِ تَعَالَى مِنْ كُلِّ مَا يَسْمَعُ بِأُذُنَيْنِ، وَيُبْصِرُ بِعَيْنَيْنِ، وَيَمْشِي بِرِجْلَيْنِ، وَيَبْطِشُ بِيَدَيْنِ، وَيَتَكَلَّمُ بِشَفَتَيْنِ، حَصَّنْتُ نَفْسِي بِٱللَّهِ الْخَالِقِ الْأَكْبَر، مِنْ شَرِّ مَا أَخَافُ وَأَحْذَر، مِنَ الْجِنِّ وَالْإِنْسِ وَأَنْ يَحْضُرُون، عَزَّ جَارُهُ وَجَلَّ ثَنَاؤُهُ وَتَقَدَّسَتْ أَسْمَاؤُهُ وَلَا إِلَـٰهَ غَيْرُهُ
I seek refuge in Allāh, the Most High, from every creature that hears with two ears, sees with two eyes, walks on two legs, strikes with two hands, and speaks with two lips. I fortify myself with Allāh, the Great Creator, from every evil I fear or I am wary of, from jinn and human beings who may come near. Mighty is His protection, exalted is His praise, holy are His Names, and there is no god but Him.
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَجْعَلُكَ فِي نُحُورِ أَعْدَائِي، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شُرُورِهِم وَتَحَيُّلِهِم وَمَكْرِهِم وَمَكَائِدِهِم، أَطْفِئ نَارَ مَنْ أَرَادَ بِي عَدَاوَةً مِنَ الْجِنِّ وَالْإِنْسِ
O Allāh! I place You before the throats of my enemies, and I seek refuge in You from their evil, their schemes, their cunning, and their plots. Extinguish the fire of anyone who intends hostility towards me from among the jinn and humans.
يَا حَافِظُ يَا حَفِيظُ، يَا كَافِي يَا مُحِيطُ، سُبْحَانَكَ يَا رَبِّ مَا أَعْظَمَ شَأنَكَ وَأَعَزَّ سُلْطَانَكَ
O Preserver, O Protector, O Self-Sufficient, O All-Embracing! Glory be to You, my Lord! How sublime is Your majesty, and how mighty is Your authority!
تَحَصَّنْتُ بِٱللَّهِ وَبِأَسْمَاءِ ٱللَّهِ وَبِآيَاتِ ٱللَّهِ وَمَلَائِكَةِ ٱللَّهِ وَأَنْبِيَاءِ ٱللَّهِ وَرُسُلِ ٱللَّهِ وَالصَّالِحِينَ مِن عِبَادِ ٱللَّهِ، حَصَّنْتُ نَفْسِي بِـ( لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ مُحَمَّدٌ رَسُولُ ٱللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّم )
I fortify myself with Allāh, and with the Names of Allāh, and with the verses of Allāh, and with the Angels of Allāh, and with the Prophets of Allāh, and with the Messengers of Allāh, and with the righteous among the servants of Allāh. I fortify myself with: there is no god but Allāh, and Muḥammad is the Messenger of Allāh. May the blessings and peace of Allāh be upon him and his family.
اللَّهُمَّ احْرُسْنِي بِعَيْنِكَ الَّتِي لَا تَنَامُ، وَاكْنُفْنِي بِكَنَفِكَ الَّذِي لَا يُرَامُ، وَارْحَمْنِي بِقُدْرَتِكَ عَلَيَّ فَلَا أَهْلِكُ وَأَنْتَ ثِقَتِي وَرَجَائِي
O Allāh! Guard me with Your Eye that never sleeps, and shelter me in Your protection, which none can breach, and have mercy on me by Your power over me, so that I do not perish. You are my trust and my hope.
يَا غِيَاثَ الْمُسْتَغِيثِينَ (3) يَا دَرَكَ الْهَالِكِينَ (3)
O Helper of those who cry for help! (3 times) O Rescuer of those who are perishing! (3 times)
اِكْفِنِي شَرَّ كُلِّ طَارِقٍ يَطْرُقُ بِلَيْلٍ أَوْ نَهَارٍ إِلَّا طَارِقًا يَطْرُقُ بِخَيْرٍ إِنَّكَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ
Protect me from every harmful visitor by night or day, except one who comes with good. Truly, You have power over all things.
بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ أَرْقِي نَفْسِي مِنْ كُلِّ مَا يُؤْذِي وَمِنْ كُلِّ حَاسِدٍ، اللَّهُ شِفَائِي، بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ رُقِيتُ، اللَّهُمَّ رَبَّ النَّاسِ أَذْهِبِ الْبَأْسَ، اِشْفِ أَنْتَ الشَّافِي، وَعَافِ أَنْتَ الْمُعَافِي، لَا شِفَاءَ إِلَّا شِفَاؤُكَ، شِفَاءً لَا يُغَادِرُ سَقَمًا وَلَا أَلَمًا
I seek healing for myself in the Name of Allāh from whatever causes harm, and from every envious person. Allāh is my cure. In the Name of Allāh, I safeguard myself. O Allāh, Lord of mankind, remove the affliction and grant healing. You are the One who cures. Grant well-being. You are the One who grants well-being. There is no cure but Your cure; a cure that leaves behind no trace of illness and no pain.
يَا كَافِي يَا وَافِي يَا حَمِيدُ يَا مَجِيدُ، اِرْفَعْ عَنِّي كُلَّ تَعَبٍ شَدِيدٍ، وَاكْفِنِي مِنَ الْحَدِّ وَالْحَدِيدِ، وَالْمَرَضِ الشَّدِيدِ، وَالْجَيْشِ الْعَدِيدِ، وَاجْعَلْ لِي نُورًا مِنْ نُورِكَ، وَعِزًّا مِنْ عِزِّكَ، وَنَصْرًا مِنْ نَصْرِكَ، وَبَهَاءً مِنْ بَهَائِكَ، وَعَطَاءً مِنْ عَطَاءِكَ، وَحِرَاسَةً مِنْ حِرَاسَتِكَ، وَتَأْيِيدًا مِنْ تَأْيِيدِكَ
O Self-Sufficient, O Fulfiller, O Praised One, O Glorious, lift from me severe exhaustion. Protect me from all injurious instruments, severe illnesses and hostile forces. Grant me light from Your light, honour from Your honour, victory from Your victory, splendor from Your splendor, a gift from Your gifts, protection from Your protection, and support from Your support.
يَا ذَا الْجَلَالِ وَالْإِكْرَامِ، وَالْمَوَاهِبِ الْعِظَامِ، أَسْأَلُكَ أَنْ تَكْفِيَنِي مِنْ شَرِّ كُلِّ ذِي شَرٍّ، إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ اللَّهُ الْخَالِقُ الْأَكْبَرُ
O Lord of sublimity, honour and magnificent gifts! I beseech You to suffice me against the evil of those who cause evil. Truly, You are Allāh, the Creator, the Supreme.
وَصَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَى سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِهِ وَصَحْبِهِ وَسَلَّمَ تَسْلِيمًا كَثِيرًا طَيِّبًا مُبَارَكًا فِيهِ وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ ظَاهِرًا وَبَاطِنًا وَعَلَى كُلِّ حَالٍ، يَا أَرحَمَ الرَّاحِمِينَ
And may the blessings of Allāh and abundant, good, and blessed greetings of peace be upon our master Muḥammad, his family and his companions. Praise be to Allāh, Lord of the worlds, outwardly and inwardly, in every state. O Most Merciful of all who show mercy.
